What makes us Different
Sandstone Insurance Group was founded in 2005 by Dave Karolak a former Financial Planner and Corporate Insurance Trainer.
After years in the industry and having worked with 100's of agencies across the midwest, Sandstone was set up from day one to focus SOLEY on the CLIENT.
Everything we do is to improve and simplify the client experience and we work every day to win CLIENTS for LIFE.
Some of the Principles we operate on are:
- We only employ Licensed AGENTS, we do not believe in clients working with Clerks, Customer Service Reps, nor Call Centers.
- Price is always a factor but not the only factor. A policy is WORTHLESS regardless of the cost if the Claims Check is not big enough to make the client whole again.
- Clients have more important things to worry about. So We do the shopping and design the coverage packages.
- We Advise and Educate our clients so they understand what their policies cover and do not cover this allows them to make the best decisions for themselves, their families, and their businesses.
We work for you, the client, not the insurance carriers
We are a Fully Independent Ohio based Agency and although we value our relationships with our carrier partners: We work for YOU, the Client and we require our carriers to earn the right to work with our clients.
As life changes you may have to switch carriers on one or more of your policies but when you work with Sandstone you never have to switch Agencies nor Agents.
